Constant rushing, problems with relationships, and neverending to-do lists can leave us feeling lost, out of balance, and knowing something has to change. In this episode, Leah Guy shares how to create 5-minute chunks of time to care of yourself, how to begin acknowledging your feelings and emotions so you can begin meeting your emotional needs, and how to use your emotional wholeness to improve your relationships.

What You'll Learn in this Episode:

  • How to easily build small chunks of self care into your day.
  • Why expecting your spouse to change is actually a form of self-sabotage.
  • How to let go of the need to control.
  • How checking in with your thoughts, emotions and feelings is much more doable (and effective!) than a strict, formulaic approach to meditation.
